Does GrapeFlow file my TTB reports?
No. GrapeFlow is not a filing tool and does not submit anything to the TTB. What it does is keep the production record straight — every lot, vessel, blend and bottling run, in gallons — so the numbers you file are the numbers you actually made.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial — no card up front, and you can cancel anytime.
How much does it cost?
One price for every winery: $20/month, or $200/year if you pay annually — two months free. No tiers, no per-seat charges, and sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Can my whole crew use it?
Yes. Cellar-hand sign-offs are unlimited — you pay per manager, not per seat, so the crew can log work at the crush pad without inflating your bill.
Can I start from my existing wines?
