How much does GrapeFlow cost?

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 90-day trial starts with an email and a password. You add a card only when you subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. If you don’t subscribe, the app becomes read-only: you can still see and export what you recorded, and recording new work resumes when you subscribe.
Is it priced per user?
No. The price is per winery. Add your winemaker, vineyard manager and cellar crew at no extra cost.
Are there add-ons or higher tiers?
No. There is one plan. Everything listed on this page is in it.
Is sales tax included?
No. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal on the subscription page; the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
