InnoVint alternative

An InnoVint alternative for small and certified wineries

InnoVint is an established cloud system for US wineries, sold in packages (Make, Core, Plus, Custom Crush, Supply) with add-ons for the vineyard and for cost of goods, and quoted on request. GrapeFlow is a newer, smaller alternative for wineries up to about 20,000 cases: one published price of $99/month, with the vineyard, the spray log, the USDA organic records and the TTB 5120.17 in the same plan. If you need custom crush, lot-based COGS or many integrations, InnoVint is the better fit — this page says where, using only what InnoVint publishes on its own site as of October 16, 2026.

Where InnoVint is stronger

  • Larger and multi-site wineries

InnoVint’s Core package lists multi-site management, and Plus adds point-in-time inventory, tank maps and dip charts.

  • Custom crush

A dedicated Custom Crush package with alternating-proprietor compliance and client access. GrapeFlow does not do custom crush.

  • Integrations

Commerce7, ETS, TankNet, VinWizard and lab instruments. GrapeFlow has no DTC or accounting integration today.

  • Cost of goods

The Finance add-on tracks COGS per lot. GrapeFlow does not.

  • Offline mobile app

InnoVint lists a mobile app with offline mode. GrapeFlow runs in the phone’s browser and needs a connection.

  • Track record

InnoVint has been in US cellars far longer than GrapeFlow.

Frequently asked questions

Is GrapeFlow cheaper than InnoVint?

InnoVint does not publish a price on its site, so we can’t compare figures. GrapeFlow costs $99/month or $990/year with everything included; ask InnoVint for a quote for your volume.

Can I move from InnoVint to GrapeFlow?

Blocks, tanks, harvest receptions and finished products can be imported from CSV. Lot histories are not imported: you start GrapeFlow with your current lots as opening balances.

Does GrapeFlow do custom crush like InnoVint?

No. If you make wine for clients or run an alternating proprietorship, InnoVint’s Custom Crush package is built for that.

Does GrapeFlow integrate with Commerce7?

Not today. GrapeFlow has a read-only REST API, but no ready-made DTC or accounting integration.

How much does GrapeFlow cost?

$99/month or $990/year, with every module included and no per-seat pricing. There is a 90-day free trial and no credit card is required.
