The full Terms of Service are being prepared. Until they are published, this page sets out the commercial terms GrapeFlow already applies to every subscription. Questions: info@grapeflow.app.
1. The service
GrapeFlow is web software for vineyard and winery records: vineyard, harvest, cellar, lab analyses, bottling and traceability. It runs in the browser; there is nothing to install.
2. One plan, one price
- $99 per month, or $990 per year, per winery.
- No tiers and no per-seat charges: your whole team uses the same subscription.
- Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. GrapeFlow never sees your card number.
3. Free trial and cancellation
Every new winery starts with a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Your data
- An administrator of your company can download a full export of the company's data at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Each company's records are visible only to that company's users — see Security.
- Bottle-story pages you publish through a bottle's QR code are public by design: anyone who scans the code can read them.
- How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (US residents: US privacy notice).
5. What GrapeFlow is not
GrapeFlow keeps your production records. It is not a filing service: it does not prepare or submit reports to the TTB or any other authority on your behalf. The reports you file remain your responsibility.
